Create a “Knowledge Piggy Bank” – a list of Books, Articles, TED Talks, and PodCasts that you can always pull from if/when you need some professional (or personal) development. I like to use the notes app to help keep organized, especially when someone says, “Hey, have you read…” It’s amazing how much more informed you’ll be if you’re keeping this piggy bank full!
