Schedule out your week. Like seriously schedule. When are you waking? What’s your commute? When are you doing email? What time is lunch? When is your time for Deep Work (thank you Cal Newport)? When might you need a buffer? When are you headed home? When’s yoga? You get the idea. I’ve found this intensity to be super helpful. Try it and see how your day goes!
