Today is probably going to suck. It’s the first Monday after the New Year. Very similar to the day after Labor Day (end of Summer). Everyone is back. Everyone is turbo. Everyone is in that post-holiday fog. Everyone is 5 pounds heavier (wait, that’s probably just me). So, give yourself a little extra time today. Breathe. It’s going to be a long one.
And if you need a little extra self-care tonight, I have two words for you: “The Bachelor.”
