Try smiling more. Like really be conscious about smiling throughout your day. Passing a co-worker in the hall? Smile. See someone new on the train heading into work? Smile. Walking the dog? Smile. Obsessing over the 5 (or 10) pounds you’ve gained over the holiday? Well…maybe not then, but still smile! I guarantee you’ll feel better (and probably like what you’re doing more too).
